WELCOME TO FLYING SPOTS!
We are very proud to announce that Mr. Flying Spot himself, our very own Jester Rebel, has been chosen as "Cover Boy" for Animal Aid's new fundraiser cookbook! The cookbook features hundreds of great recipes for people and pets, along with dozens of full-color photos of dogs, cats, birds, and other animals -- a number of which were snapped by Flying Spots Photography!
If you would like more information about the cookbook -- or would like some special photos of your own Cover Pet -- please contact us at info@flyingspots.com.
At Flying
Spots Photography, we believe that the best photographs are taken in familiar
surroundings, where the subjects are relaxed and comfortable -- the home, the
dog park, at agility training, etc. If you live in Southwest Lower Michigan or
the "Michiana" area of Indiana, we will come to you!
We
capture your pet's personality in portraits or doing what he/she loves the
most: running, leaping, playing, or even snoozing! Please visit the Flying
Spots Photo Gallery to see some of our favorite pictures, and our
3
G's Greyt Hounds - Great Lakes - Great Wines Photo Gallery to experience
with us a recent "Greyt" event we were invited to photograph.
In
addition, Flying Spots Photography can bring out the best in your artistic or
craft objects, for show or for website catalogs. We will also photograph
informal events on a very limited basis (please, no weddings unless the bride
and groom have fur, feathers, or scales). For
our first big Event, we took a departure from Pet Picture Days to snap some
publicity photos for the St. Joseph Municipal Band at their final concert of
the season, Labor Day 2011. You can see
some photos from this concert here. Just click on any "thumbnail" for
a larger view!

Pat
Crean has been snapping animal portraits informally for over 10 years. You've
probably seen his photos of shelter pets in Michiana newspapers or on the
internet -- or on posters and t-shirts for several different humane
organizations across the country. His photo of our own "Flying Spot,"
Jester, appeared in the Winter 2008 issue of Spotter, the magazine of
the Dalmatian Club of America, and, more recently, on the cover of Animal Aid of SW MI's fundraiser cookbook.
In
addition to dogs and cats, Pat has photographed snakes, birds, bunnies,
possums, butterflies, squirrels, chipmunks, deer, bees, llamas, goats, and the
occasional friendly spider.
Pat
is also the official Historian of the Best Friends 4H Club in Berrien Co., MI!
